Back pain is common. In fact, most individuals experience low back pain at least once in their life, but, fortunately, the vast majority of back pain is resolved in 6-12 weeks. Keeping your back healthy may seem complex, but there are a few simple activities you can do to help.
Stretching, strengthening, and massage are excellent ways to prevent and treat low back pain. See the 3 activities below to start your journey of building a healthy back!
